The two most common problems in tennis are not watching the ball correctly and being late.
A simple and efficient method of improving both of these issues is to attempt (it is very difficult to do) to see the contact with the ball “Through” the racket strings. In attempting to see the ball through the strings, the players focus is clearly on the ball.
But even being close to see contact from behind the racket results in correct space between the player and the ball.
This is an easy and simple concept that has great results on the court.
You will see the ball clearer than ever before and always have space between you and the ball.
